HR Business Partners serve as strategic advisors and primary points of contact for employees, managers, supervisors and business leaders across the organization. We support and facilitate achievement of organizational goals through compliance with established HR policies, programs and systems. We consult on a wide range of topics and provide support for HR processes.

By collaborating with leadership, UCOP HR Business Partners help drive employee engagement, implement HR policies and support workforce planning, ensuring that HR solutions meet the evolving needs of UCOP departments.
