We provide strategic human resources support and oversee HR programs and policies for the UC system as a whole.

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for developing a vision, strategy and environment to engage, empower and involve the university's human capital, in the present and onwards. This includes employee and labor relations, finance, administration, strategic planning, equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, total rewards and administration of UC retirement operations.
