Intake Process
Intake meeting – this meeting includes, HRBP, compensation Professional and the recruiter. You will review your staffing needs and compensation for the open job.
All requests to fill a position require approval through the position control process in ServiceNow.
Steps and resources for recruiting candidates for open positions.
Steps and resources for screening, interviewing and selecting job candidates.
Background checks may be conducted on new hire candidates or existing employees as a result of a transfer, promotion or job reclassification in accordance with the critical functions of the position.
It is the policy of UCOP to perform a reference check on candidates.
Extend the offer, outline key details (title, salary, start date, benefits), address any questions and set a deadline for the candidate’s response.
