Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

As the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager for the University of California Office of the President (UCOP), Jenn cultivates a team of technical project managers that plan, execute, and deliver a portfolio of IT projects ranging from infrastructure and security to financial system implementations. Jenn propagates best practices throughout the UCOP ITS department by standardizing templates and methodologies across the systemwide initiatives for which the PMO provides project management services. With 15+ years of demonstrated excellence in IT and technical project management, and an MBA/MPP dual degree, she is equipped to align IT solutions with business and policy objectives, improving the efficiency, effectiveness and accessibility of UC systemwide technologies.
