Service Description

LastPass Password Manager is available to all UCOP departments for storing institutional account credentials (usernames and passwords). LastPass enables UCOP and individual contributors to store and share credentials, virtual keys, and other sensitive information safely.

LastPass is available in web browsers on UC-owned computers by default. Questions regarding LastPass that are not answered by the web site listed above should be sent to servicedesk@ucop.edu.

All support issues or questions should be directed to the Service Desk at servicedesk@ucop.edu.

Eligibility

All UCOP employees and individual contributors are eligible to use LastPass.

Cost

The cost of the service is covered by central IT funding. There is no additional cost to any department for using the service.
