UCOP EDI Conference
The annual UCOP Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Conference brings staff and leaders together to build energy and momentum around advancing UCOP’s EDI vision and mission and the application of UCOP’s three key EDI tenets:
- Seek, build and leverage our workforce diversity at all levels
- Practice inclusion
- Center equity and anti-racism in all that we do
The inaugural UCOP EDI Conference was held on December 5, 2023. With a theme of ‘Changemakers,’ the conference included a diverse array of speakers and breakout sessions.
