Innovation Transfer Operations

Projects & Metrics involves systemwide communications and reporting. Metrics on UC technology commercialization are compiled and reported annually to the Regents, submitted as survey information to the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), and provided to service requests from various UC constituents. Much of this reporting is dependent on information aggregated in the Patent Tracking System database and other data gathered by KTO.

Projects & Metrics also provides strategic communications for both internal and external clientele of UC technology commercialization to ensure continued support for the mission and activities of the program. This work demonstrates UC’s research, economic, and workforce impact, both within the state and beyond.
