The Office of the Ombuds can provide groups with an interactive opportunity to learn, reflect, practice, and build skills. We provide training tailored to requests, including skills building on communication, conflict management, discovery & learning circles, and team cohesion. Tailored training can be developed to meet your goals and needs including skills building in communication, conflict management, and team dynamics. Methods often include group discussion, lecture, exercises, case studies, role-plays, self-assessments, and more.

We also provide general brief introductory presentations to describe the Office and the services we provide to the UCOP community.
