President’s Entrepreneurship Network Council

The President’s Entrepreneurship Network Council was convened by UC President Michael V. Drake in August 2023 with the goal of advancing the reach and volume of the University of California’s research commercialization, innovation and entrepreneurship activities.

The University of California is already a major incubator of new technologies, therapeutics, and other inventions that improve lives and contribute to economic growth and opportunities in California and beyond. In the coming years, the President’s Entrepreneurship Council will work with key stakeholders and partners to explore ways to further enhance the University’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, with a focus on funding, mentorship, and collaboration across campuses and with external partners.
