Online development portal available to all UC employees seeking to advance their career.
A six-course online training series designed to increase awareness of implicit bias and reduce its impact at the University.
A self-paced program for those who supervise others or aspire to do so. Provides eligibility to attend the People Management Conference.
A five-month program designed specifically for administrative, support, and entry-level staff to better manage and direct their careers.
A system-wide cohort program designed for mid-level managers to strengthen leadership capabilities in the UC core competencies to better lead their teams.
A cohort program that pairs experienced UCOP leaders with career, represented and contract staff who seek to develop themselves professionally.
MSAP is designed to strengthen the preparation of high-potential supervisors and managers in an intensive, off-site assessment center.
A 12-day cohort program designed to further develop selected UCOP leaders. Includes practicum, home teams, and leadership style assessments.
