What If I completed the 2016/2017 People Management certificate?

Those who completed the 2016/2017 version of the People Management Certificate are encouraged to update to the 2018 version by completing the Managing Implicit Bias series. Completion of the 2016/2017 certificate (and all individual courses completed to obtain the original certificate) will still stay on your transcript. Moving forward, completion of the 2018 version will be required for programs such as the UC People Management Conference.

What about the conference?

Those who complete the UC Systemwide People Management Series and Certificate are eligible to attend the UC People Management Conference and join graduates of the Management Development Program (MDP) and the UC-Coro Leadership Collaborative. The goal of this annual conference is to provide attendees with the opportunity to continue their learning and build connections across leadership levels and the UC system.
