Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)
As of June 8, 2020, UCOP will use Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), a new system that makes recruiting more efficient and streamlined for HR, hiring managers and applicants. This new system replaces the Classification Application Tracking System (CATS), and is an integrated module within the UCPath PeopleSoft suite, allowing information to transfer seamlessly from recruiting to hiring and providing employees access to apply for positions.
The jobs portal will be located at jobs.ucop.edu.
