Rachel conceptualized TSAOMADE, a website where she shares–with friends, family, and thousands of social media followers–plant-based recipes that she develops and photographs herself. Ever since committing to a healthier diet three years ago, Rachel realized its transformative effects on her physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. This personal journey has prompted her to educate individuals in her community about healthy, sustainable eating, in hopes of empowering them to take charge of their bodies as well as the environment.
