On-Call Support

The UC Electronic Accessibility Leadership Team has acquired 30 hours of on-call support from Simply Accessible, an international leader in IT accessibility support and training. When you submit a question, they’ll respond directly to you with technical instructions or further questions if needed. After UC’s allotted time is used up, Simply Accessible will provide consolidated documentation of all questions and solutions for UC to post for future reference. The on-call support is made available in conjunction with two training videos from Simply Accessible for UC – on JavaScript and online forms.

Submit a question: Starting December 1, just email hello@simplyaccessible.com with a subject line of "UC Support:" and your accessibility question. The Simply Accessible team will contact you within 48 hours.
