UC ONLINE FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

In 2025–26, UC Online will provide approximately $145,000 to each undergraduate campus to support online education initiatives.

For 2025–26, block award funding in the amount of $145,000 was transferred in March and became available for campus use beginning in April. These funds are intended to support UC Online educational initiatives and may be allocated at the discretion of each campus to enhance online and digital learning opportunities.

As in prior years, decisions regarding the allocation and use of these funds will be administered by EVC/P designees, including campus liaisons and/or advisory council members, as determined by each campus. Campuses will also be responsible for communications with relevant campus constituencies, including faculty and academic departments.

UC Online will coordinate with campus liaisons regarding updated reporting procedures to ensure continued oversight, accountability, and streamlined reporting processes.

NOTE: UC Online will provide additional funds for CCES operations and change orders, as well as for cross-campus instructional funding/enrollment support. Check with your UC Online Campus Liaisons for more information.
