- SB27 requires vendors providing Covered Services workers to report Basic Payroll Information (BPI) to the Joint Labor Committee in January and July of each year. SB27 identifies the required fields for the BPI report.
- Because the BPI report contains “Personal Identification Information (PII), email is not an acceptable method of submitting the BPI report. The preferred method to supply this report is through the UC’s technology platform partner, AgileOne.
- AgileOne Contact Information: ucqiworkforceprogram@ain1.com
- A secondary option is to submit the BPI report through the SB27 Supplier BPI Notice to JLMC.
Please note: Utilizing this secondary option does not guarantee supplier obligations for SB27 are met or that supplier is otherwise in compliance with SB27. Supplier must comply with all obligations outlined in SUPPLIER OBLIGATIONS tab on this website. - Supplier Feedback Survey
