If you need assistance or have questions about specific office furnishings or equipment, please contact the Building Services Work Management Center at 987-0600.

For your own safety, maintain a seismically safe work area:·

  • Place large or heavy objects on lower shelves.
  • Store breakables on lower shelves or inside closed cabinets.
  • Keep overhead cabinets closed and latched.
  • Do not place heavy artwork or other heavy objects above your desk.

Conduct a pre-Earthquake Inspection Checklist of your workspace.
