Travel Roadshow Coming to your Campus this Fall!

The Central Travel Office continues its Fall Roadshow across all UC locations, and we are very excited to announce that we will hold TWO (2) separate raffles this year in association with the roadshow. The first raffle will be for those who attend one of our roadshow sessions and the Grand Prize is TWO (2) Delta Airline Tickets. The second raffle will be for those who send in short video testimonials (10-15 seconds) on their use of the program and the Grand Prize is ONE (1) Alaska Airline Ticket. To be eligible for the testimonial raffle, videos must be submitted to uctravel@ucop.edu by December 15th, 2018. Full Terms & Conditions on the raffles can be found below.

Our 30-minute campus sessions will highlight the many perks of booking through the program, such as: “Involuntary Denied Boarding Protection” where travelers are less likely to be denied a seat on the plane. Other perks include: priority standby, preferred seating and re-accommodation, and, of course, status match and upgrade opportunities. Space is limited and registration is required, so we encourage you to sign-up for a time slot that fits your schedule. We have already run successful sessions at Berkeley and Merced and look forward to other upcoming sessions, such as those coming up next week at UCSF and Santa Barbara.
