Victoria Slivkoff

Global Head of Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Victoria coordinates across the UC system to empower greater collaboration with industry to translate research and game-changing innovations to the marketplace and scale the growth of UC startups. She also drives the monetization of UC system’s intellectual property assets (the largest IP portfolio of any academic institution in the world). 

Prior to UC, Victoria spent over two decades in the private sector as an investor, business operator, management consultant, and entrepreneur. She’s experienced in forming public-private partnerships to drive investment and the adoption of nascent technologies in over twenty countries across the U.S. Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. 

Earlier in her career, Victoria was a management consultant at Accenture where she advised Fortune 100 senior executives on corporate strategy, process and business model transformation initiatives.

Victoria holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
