Promoting Sustainable Food in Campus Dining


Ever’s project will promote the current sustainable food related efforts in the Yablokoff-Wallace Dining Center and assess the potential to expand or improve our efforts. In addition to educating students, faculty and staff about the current sustainability efforts, Ever will design and implement the following programs:

  • Develop and maintain Elizabeth’s Dining Garden
  • Develop dining center plans to address food insecurity
    • Food donations
    • Emergency funding
    • Sustainable menus
  • Dining center menus
    • Catering
    • Special theme menus
    • Seasonal menus
