Food Waste Reuse


In addition to his research on food waste reuse, Ryan will assist the UC Davis World Food Center nutrition and health director with regular updates on grant announcements, nutrition/food/ag events on and off campus, and other news as appropriate. He also will work with the other student fellows and the UC Davis-GFI committee to better engage and connect the graduate student community with student food resources.
