Perception and Consumption of Food Across Cultures
Her project will examine the individual and collective mindset through which people perceive and consume food across many cultures, while recognizing the role of food as the core junction between art, history and science. During winter quarter, she will identify topics and instructors for possible new undergraduate courses in psychology and in life sciences generally.
