Community Development Through Food and Public Health
His project will focus on community development through public health by exploring how the production, sale and consumption of food can differ across the world and contribute to the creation of healthier communities. During fall quarter, he will help to identify topics and instructors for possible new undergraduate courses in food studies, economics, the social sciences generally and possibly public affairs.
