UC experiential learning courses and programs in food and agriculture systems

The information in these two tables was obtained through website research and a survey of campuses, followed up by interviews with program and course leaders or coordinators. The categories used in these tables were selected by program representatives who responded to the survey. The list of courses includes courses that have a lab or a clear experiential learning component identified in course catalogs.

These directories are considered “living documents” because the Experiential Learning Subcommittee hopes that they will be updated, edited and expanded, with input from people involved in experiential learning programs across the UC campuses. If program leads or course instructors or others see this directory and wish to add their information about experiential learning opportunities that are not yet included in this directory, please contact the Global Food Initiative at gfi@ucop.edu.
