UCOE Roundtable #1

Webinar: Tuesday, November 12, 2013 | 12:00 - 1:00pm

As announced at the last webinar, in November we will be hosting our first UCOE Roundtable. We’ve imagined our roundtable series to be a way for the entire UC community to actively participate in a discussion of online learning, and we encourage  anyone in the UC system with an interest in online course design, development and delivery to attend. This includes faculty and instructors who are currently building or delivering online courses as well as those who are still deciding if online is right for them. We also welcome support staff – IDs and technical leads – from all campuses to join us.

And while the UCOE Course Design team will be responsible for moderating the conversation, the agenda will be driven by all of you. Got a burning question about a new tool or platform? Want input on an idea you have for an activity sequence you’re creating for an upcoming class? Looking for best practices on a particular aspect of online instruction? Let us know, and we’ll add it to the agenda. We’ll follow up with you the week before with a reminder to submit your requests, and we’ll publish an agenda the day before the roundtable.
