Capital Planning
Data
Housing plays a critical role in supporting the University of California’s mission — helping students succeed and enabling campuses to recruit and retain faculty and staff. UCOP works closely with campuses to track housing development, operations, and affordability across the system.
Each year, campuses provide data to UCOP to support systemwide reporting and policy development. The resources below share the latest housing data and tools to help inform planning, analysis, and collaboration.
