UCnet is the systemwide website for UC staff, faculty and retirees. You’ll find news about the university and its people as well as important information about working at UC, including benefits, policies and compensation.

UCOP Employee networking and interest groups

These groups have been created to help maintain a work environment that is inviting, nurturing, and hospitable to all employees. All OP staff are invited to participate.

UCOP Connect Link

UCOP Connect is a private LinkedIn group for UCOP staff. The group is designed to foster connection and collaboration among staff at all UCOP’s locations. It is a great place to share ideas or experiences, tell work-related stories and ask questions.

OP Communications Advisory Subcommittee

The OP Communications Advisory Subcommittee is a subcommittee of the UCOP Staff Assembly (OPSA) and will serve in an advisory capacity to OP Staff Assembly and UCOP Internal Communications on issues involving communications with UCOP employees.

Two Staff Advisors participate in the deliberative process and provide a staff perspective to the regents.

Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) Link

CUCSA maintains and enhances communication within the university community on matters of interest to staff employees in accordance with California laws and regental policy.
