Experience
Trina Mastro joined UC Legal – Office of the General Counsel in 2011. As Principal Counsel in the Labor, Employment, and Benefits practice group, Ms. Mastro advises on a wide range of issues, including family and medical leaves, disability accommodation, religious accommodation, executive compensation, policy development, and personnel matters. Before joining the University, Ms. Mastro was a member of the Litigation and Labor & Employment groups at Crowell & Moring and a litigator with Folger Levin & Kahn in San Francisco.
Education
Ms. Mastro received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she served on the California Law Review, and she received her B.A. with High Honors in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with distinction in general scholarship.
