Experience

Sarah Quiter joined the Office of the General Counsel in April 2020 and represents the University on a broad range of environment, health, and safety matters.  She also advises the University’s Fire Marshals and Building Officials.  Prior to joining the University, Sarah spent seven years in private practice where she counseled clients on compliance with environmental laws, risk mitigation, and civil enforcement defense.  She also served as an attorney for the California State Water Resources Control Board and clerked for the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
