Experience

Ms. Burch joined the Office of General Counsel in August 2024 as Principal Counsel in the intellectual property group.  Her practice focuses on trademark, copyright and related issues.  Before joining the office, Ms. Burch worked in-house at technology companies, including Apple, and also as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at a wine company.  She began her legal career at Morrison & Foerster.  She obtained her undergraduate degree in engineering from Stanford University and her law degree from UC Berkeley.
