Daniel Park

Dan Park joined the UCSD Office of Campus Counsel in January 2005. Prior to joining the office, Dan practiced law at the law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in Los Angeles. Dan received his law degree from Yale Law School in 1998. He also holds degrees from Swarthmore College (B.A. 1993) and Stanford University (M.A. 1994).

Dan provides advice on a diverse array of legal issues including intellectual property, real estate, public contracts, First Amendment, and academic and staff personnel issues.
