Experience
Benjamin Minkow joined the Office of the General Counsel as Senior Counsel in March 2017. Prior to joining OGC, Mr. Minkow was an associate at David Weiss Law in Los Angeles, where he defended the University of California and other healthcare providers in a wide range of matters. As Senior Counsel, Mr. Minkow monitors litigation for the Professional Medical and Hospital Liability Program. He works closely with the Office of Risk Services, the University of California’s medical centers, and outside counsel.
Education
Mr. Minkow received his B.A. in 2004 from the University of California Santa Barbara and his J.D. in 2008 from the University of San Francisco.
