The Future of Operating Rooms is Green
Project Description
Hannah will be working with the Medical Center Sustainability Officer to address issues related to meeting the carbon neutrality goal. Her fellowship will evaluate and develop an “equipment power down” protocol for energy conservation in Operating Rooms at UC San Diego Health medical centers during unoccupied times, thus helping the medical centers to reduce energy demand, contributing to the CNI goals.
