Monthly Digital Accessibility Office Hours
Brought to you by the Office of Ethics, Compliance, and Audit Services, the Systemwide Office for Civil Rights, and UC Legal:
When: Second Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. — August 2025 through April 2026
Who: Open only to UC employees—registration required
What: A live Q&A session where participants can:
- Submit questions in advance
- Drop in with new or emerging issues
- Engage with cross-functional experts to clarify compliance interpretations
These sessions are designed to help you understand how the digital access regulations apply to real‑world use cases across UC. Registration is required for each session.
Digital Accessibility Office Hours – Recordings & Q&A
We record all Digital Accessibility Office Hours and maintain a monthly updated Q&A document with the questions and answers discussed. These resources are attorney–client privileged and password protected.
UC employees may request access to the recordings and Q&A by emailing the administrator to receive the password. Once you have the password, you can access the resources in the Digital Accessibility Office Hours Recordings and Q&A folder.
