Mission Statement
UCOP- Black Staff and Faculty Organization (BSFO) is open to all UCOP employees, and strives to maintain a network of communication amongst UCOP BSFO members, specifically promoting an environment that supports the well-being, enrichment, and professional development of UCOP BSFO members.

Goals
- Foster and strengthen relationships among BSFO members within UCOP, surrounding campuses, and local communities.
- Sponsor cultural, educational, and celebratory programming throughout the year that is open to all.
- Partner with UCOP ERG groups and other entities (i.e., campus BSFO chapters, other UC groups with aligned missions) to coordinate on programming and address/elevate social justice topics.
- Encourage equitable access for all in recruitment, retention, staff advancement, and career opportunities at UCOP.
