Get to know your Prevailing Wage CPOCs
As part of the ongoing effort to provide the best prevailing wage support possible to UC Procurement staff, a Campus Point of Contact (CPOC) has been appointed for each location. This summer, CPOCs attended an intensive training presented by outside counsel and Prevailing Wage guru, Deborah Wilder, to broaden their understanding of when prevailing wage should apply.
Procurement staff at all locations should have received a communication from their CPOC in August, introducing their role. Your CPOC should now be your first point of contact to answer prevailing wage questions or provide additional training. Any questions sent directly to Jeremy Meadows or Holly St. John will be redirected to the CPOC.
As for other systemwide support, we are currently updating the FAQs and exploring the idea of a step-by-step prevailing wage training. Stay tuned for updates on this progress.

Central Travel Webinars

CPSM Boot Camp in Riverside
UC Riverside will be hosting another Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) training sponsored by the Intitute for Supply Management.
