Campus innovation events

Business schools sponsor campus events and competitions that focus students on team building around business plan and startup creation. Technology-oriented departments and student organizations also sponsor innovation events centered on technological or social goals. Teams have become more cross-disciplinary, partnering business with non-business students (engineering, medical, design, etc.) around innovations that may form the basis of a business or social enterprise.
