Benefit Bank Access Requests

New user access requests will only be accepted from the campus Single Point of Contact (SPOC). This includes new requests or removing existing users.

  1. SPOC will send an email to:
  2. The subject of the email should read:  Benefit Bank Access Request
  3. The body of the email should include the following information for the new user:
    • Full Name
    • Title
    • Department
    • Campus
    • E-mail address
    • Role:
      • Submitter (include name of Benefit Approver)
      • Approver (include names of Benefit Submitters)
