Symposium description

For the first time ever, a symposium is being hosted for UC IT project management professionals from across the university. The purpose is to convene and develop a UC IT project management community, using the newly issued UC IT Project Management Guidelines as a launching point. For this first event, the location CIOs have been asked to nominate up to three project management staff to participate.

Sessions include a keynote, breakout activities surrounding the UC IT Project Management Guidelines, practical training on how to thrive in times of change (eligible for PDU credit), and brainstorming about the future and possibilities of a collaborative UC IT project management community. A more detailed agenda will be posted later.

There is no registration fee, and breakfast and lunch will be provided. Participants are only responsible for covering their travel costs.

If you have questions, please contact Halina Wojnicz at or (510) 987-0808.
