Real Estate Officers Best Practices and Hot Button Issues

This two day event featured topics on privatized and donor development at UC; campus presentations on unique projects and new initiatives; gifts of real property for Natural Reserves and other University purposes; seismic safety, accessibility and relocation policy; leasing and updates to standard forms;and a roundtable discussion sharing questions and lessons learned. The Roundtable is suitable for all campus real estate personnel and will also feature speakers from OGC, External Finance, the Natural Reserve System and Capital Resource Management. There were both general and breakout sessions. The agenda is below.
