The 2019 CAP Forum features four pre-conference workshops that are included in the registration fee. The workshops will be held May 7, 1–4 p.m.


Destination College Advising Corps (DCAC) Expansion Institute

Are you interested in launching DCAC at your campus in 2021? UC Berkeley's DCAC team will outline the program model, along with the steps and resources it takes to launch and integrate it.

Getting Engaged: Using Social Media to Create a Community of Advocates

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to communicate through social media. You'll learn about creating content that engages and developing a unique voice that capitalizes on the work your campus is already doing.

New Outreach Officer Academy

This session provides new outreach professionals with additional training to support Student Academic Preparation and Educational Partnerships (SAPEP) students in achieving postsecondary success.
