UCLA PCard
What CANNOT
be purchased using a ProCard:
- Goods or services in excess of $2,500
- Goods or services for personal use (briefcase, coffee pots, clothing, etc.)
- Cash advances
- Meals, Travel
- Expenditures related to capitalized equipment
- Consulting or contract employee services which require a specific contract or other types of services
- On-site building construction
- Controlled substances, carcinogenic chemicals, radioactives, etc.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, etc.
- Vehicles or real estate rentals
- Ethyl alcohol (i.e., beer, wine, liquor, etc.)
- Anytime a
supplier contract document is required. DO NOT SIGN SUPPLIER
CONTRACTS
- Other items
specified in University policy, BUS-43 and UCLA Standard
