Learning Approach

Within a dynamic, team interactive mode, the participants bring to the discussion setting their management experience and leadership style, philosophy and ethics of leadership, and share their perspectives on the future of the University. The UCSLI learning experience incorporates into its curriculum a rigorous and integrated approach, emphasizing problem-solving activities. The Institute’s focus is to provide a meaningful learning experience that reflects academic and administrative partnerships. UCSLI builds upon collegial relationships between academic and administrative leaders and provides an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas with the presenters and to pose their own views about approaches to effective leadership at the University.
