BUS-41, Funding of Student Center Maintenance, Repairs, and Improvements

BUS-41 is being rescinded. Student Center indentures are no longer maintained.
Currently, student centers, like all other financed projects, are required
to maintain a debt service coverage calculated annually at each fiscal
year end.
