STATEWIDE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS:
As a result of consultation with campus and statewide administrative officers, a Records Management program will be undertaken by the University, under the general guidance of a University-wide Records Management Committee, reporting directly to the President. Membership on the Committee will be comprised of:
The Committee will be responsible for coordinating the campus and statewide office programs and will act upon any records problems which cannot be finally resolved at the campus level. Information on the University program will be issued by the Committee for use as detailed implementation manuals and general guide lines for cooperating offices.
