CHIEF CAMPUS OFFICERS AND
STATEWIDE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS:

As a result of consultation with campus and statewide administrative officers, a Records Management program will be undertaken by the University, under the general guidance of a University-wide Records Management Committee, reporting directly to the President. Membership on the Committee will be comprised of:

• one Records Coordinator from each campus, to be appointed by the Chief Campus Officer,
• one Records Coordinator from University Extension and Agriculture, to be appointed by their respective Deans,
• one Coordinator to represent all other Statewide Administrative Offices, to be appointed by the President, and
• four ex officio members representing General Counsel, Internal Audit, Systems and Procedures, and the Library Council.

The Committee will be responsible for coordinating the campus and statewide office programs and will act upon any records problems which cannot be finally resolved at the campus level. Information on the University program will be issued by the Committee for use as detailed implementation manuals and general guide lines for cooperating offices.
