I am forwarding a copy of the newly-revised Guidelines for Implementation of the University Policy on Undergraduate Admissions. These guidelines were developed by the Academic Senate in the context of discussion leading to the adoption of a comprehensive approach in evaluating candidates' qualifications for admission. The guidelines supersede those issued in May 2000. Please distribute them widely to appropriate administrative offices on your campus.
