Delegation of Authority--Administration of the University of California 415(m) Restoration Plan
The following authority is delegated to the President under Article 7.1 of the University of California 415(m) Restoration Plan:
The President of the University shall administer the Plan, and in such capacity shall be deemed to be the Plan Administrator. The Plan Administrator shall promulgate such Plan Regulations and interpretations as are reasonable or necessary for the effective operation of the Plan. The Plan Administrator shall have the right to delegate administrative duties with regard to the management and operation of the Plan.
The authorities delegated to me as stated above are hereby delegated to you as the Senior Vice President--Business and Finance. This authority may be redelegated to the Associate Vice President--Human Resources and Benefits, but may not be further redelegated. Any such redelegation shall be in writing with copies to the Special Assistant--Coordination & Review and the General Counsel of The Regents.
