Delegation of Authority--Employee Group Auto Insurance Plan
The following recommendation was approved by The Regents on May 16, 1969:
That the President be authorized to approve the University-Sponsored Group Auto Insurance Plan for faculty members and employees, through payroll deductions, and to select an insurance carrier willing to underwrite a plan based upon University specifications, with the cost of the administration borne by the carrier.
As Senior Vice President--Administration, you are delegated the above authority effective October 1, 1983. Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with a copy to the Director--Coordination and Review.
This supersedes Vice President McCorkle's letter of June 20, 1974 to Vice President Taylor on this subject and the subsequent delegation of this same authority to the Vice President--Academic and Staff Personnel Relations effective August 1, 1975.
