Employee Benefits Rate Chart
The Employee Benefits Rate Chart shows the employer contribution rates utilized by the Payroll/Personnel System to distribute benefit charges to departments. The rates listed encompass all University-paid benefits and retirement programs, as well as contributions to OASDI, Medicare, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment Insurance. The chart shows the rates for the current year and the rates in effect for four prior years.
