Measurement Teams

Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to access *.pdf documents; *.doc documents are available in MS-Word 6.0.

Partnership for Performance is committed to the idea that performance measures should be designed by those who manage and perform the work. Managers in five key areas of business operations -- environment, health and safety, facilities management, financial operations, human resources and information technology -- are translating Partnership for Performance goals into specific business area goals. They are also developing a set of performance measures to track progress over time in achieving these goals.

Following are samples of tools currently being developed or used in these key business areas. We encourage you to modify and adapt these templates to address your specific business needs and we request feedback on your success in using them.

For additional generic and campus and business unit surveys on Organizational Climate and Customer Satisfaction, see our page on Surveys.
